Scottsdale Riding Club, owned by Alicia Ward is a progressive riding lesson program located at Bar A Ranch in North Scottsdale Arizona. Our program specializes in introducing enthusiasts to the art of horsemanship and the sport of riding. In a community setting Scottsdale Riding Club cultivates relationships amongst our members and the beautiful Arabian horse. We have several gentle, well trained, Arabian horses available for lessons. Many of our clients choose to ride for fitness or recreation while others may prepare for horse ownership or competition. As a riding instructor, Alicia Ward has over 25 years of experience. Alicia encourages riders of all ages and levels, customizing each lesson appropriate to the goals and readiness of the individual. Alicia combines her formal education in equitation with a passion for fitness and yoga, developing an intuitive rider with a focus on alignment and balance.
